Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone new about getting a teaching job/ working visa in Spain as a UK citizen. I have almost 20 years' teaching experience in Asia and am considering relocating to Spain.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks

Any job skilled or otherwise has to be offered to a Spanish or EU citizen first before any offer to a UK citizen, that doesn’t mean you cannot achieve your goal but be aware working for a living in Spain is not for the faint hearted.

If you are a UK citizen then you need to start the process for a visa of any type at the Spanish Consulate in the UK, it cannot be started from Spain.

Take a look at the gov.uk website or Google it all the info you need is there including requirements for health insurance etc.

Good luck
