There is a reason for this. Changed noticeably because UK want all the benefits for nothing. Freedom of movement into Europe and feel hard done to because they haven't got it...

I personally agree wholeheartedly with Grannyrose. If I was the seller and found out what you are trying to do I would immediately instruct my solicitor to make a no back out for any reason early completion date in the hope you are in the UK and have to either arrange a POA or fly out to complete personally which would cause you extra expense. I would also hope you could not do either of the aforementioned and would delight in keeping your deposit. You agreed a price and have not said if you have already offered less than the asking price. If you didn’t, you obviously loved what you saw at first sight. It seems to me, you are just a greedy person and I hope it costs you financially which hopefully it will. After the agreed sale, the seller would probably have made arrangements which YOU through your greed are putting at risk.
