Barbara, just an update hoping you haven't booked yet... avoid Centauro, despite my positive feedback they have stung me pretty badly this time, besides a vary bad and unprofessional attitude from desk employee at the airport I just got back from Spain to find out their refund left me short of £68, no justification or answer from them so far, car was signed off as undamaged and full by employee, refund statement shows correct amount in € yet £ amount is 68£ short. Bank confirms they have only received that and not taken any commission or charge so it all boils down to Centauro doing some inventive maths on exchange rates I assume.

In a nutshell just avoid them, they don't deserve people's loyalty.

hate to disagree with solderboy but i would read trip advisor reports on Do you spain before using their "services".  they are just brokers, my advice on car hire is if the deal seems to good to be true , it is...read reports on all car hire companies on Tripadviser and others. the common sc...

I.agree doyouspain are abysmal,  no customer service contacts and you will need 12- 1700 euros blocking on a credit card . Bravo hire car are okay agents but my advice is open an account with Record and Go and book direct, by the time you have paid all the hidden extras with doyouspain its no longer cheap.

not agents, have used them twice a year for last 4 years. were very competitive on price being a club member. alas they have priced themselves out of the market now, shop around.
