Hi
I received a Tasa Regularizacion Catastral Codigo 040 Modelo 990, can anyone enlighten me as to what it is. I have searched on the forum but no joy, I think I have an idea what it is but not 100% sure. Any help appreciated.

In our case it was a €60 fee for updating the cadastral information on our property.
I didn't understand why at the time. On checking back, it seemed to relate to them being very tardy in updating their records to add to the built area the swimming pool which we had insisted on being legalised before we bought the property.
