Hi, my mother in law has a property in Benferri which we visit quite regularly but the communal swimming pool which we used very often was being dug up and building work taking place when we last visited early in 2023- does anyone know what is replacing the pool?

Any such work would have needed the agreement of the community at the AGM. AGM agendas and minutes should be circulated to all the owners. I would suggest you contact the community president or the community admins for details of the work taking place.

Although this pool site does not look much at this time, however I think in the not to distant future, you will eventually see a really lovely enormously large double swimming pool and leisure area, we don't know why this build has stopped but I am sure it will eventually be finished to a very high standard.

Has there been any update on the construction of comunial swimming pool?
There has been no progress for at least 6 months. Have they run out of money to complete the project?
