Do you have to make an appointment at benferri town hall to request your pardon
We did ours a few years ago and just went down with the relevant paperwork, it was ready to be collected the next day.
Did ours last week, walked straight in with all paperwork and collected padron next day.

No, just go to the office with your resident certificate and place of abode, and get it there and then.
