Hi, we have just bought a property in Benichembla and would like to know if anyone can help with where to go to for the following,
Broadband and TV
Air conditioning supplied and installed
Insurance for house and car
Also we don't speak very good Spanish but are learning so if there are bilingual options that would be great.

Excom is best for internet 24 euro per month inc IVA .. go to Tien 21 Shop in pedreguer .. speak english

I use Spanish plumber, electrician etc as they are better and less expensive than UK people who are often illegal and can invalidate your house insurance if they cause big probs.
