Thanks for this. Good to see that the 20mph restriction on over-taking on secondary roads has been abolished. It caused a lot of confusion and frustration when first published. I was surprised that it made it into law in the first place - perhaps they don't have tractors in Madrid! 😄
In a similar report published in 'The Local' this week, they stressed that the restriction on radar detectors and inhibitors does not prevent us using in-car navigation systems that, for example, alert us to an upcoming speed check. The new law is intended to prevent the use of the type of device that 'jams' detection.
