My son was born in Majorca. Does this give me the tight to live in Spain?
My son was born in Majorca 21 years ago. Does this mean I have the right to live in Spain? We currently live in the UK. I am British.

No because being born in Spain does not automatically confer Spanish citizenship. It would depend on the nationality of the parents.

Have a look on Citizens advice bureau & send them a message. I'm not sure but I think he can apply for nationality in Spain. Best of luck.

That wasn't the question. The question was could his parents have the right to live in Spain.

She needs good correct advice & they have the answer.!
I'm 99% sure your son can live legally here as a Spanish citizen.
You don't have that right. You will have to apply for a residency status.
Shouldn't be a problem though.
Norm.
