Hey there! While this is true, parks tend to not be fruitful for lasting relationships as most children end up leaving the area due to being on holiday. As well, all of the local parks tend to be abandoned in our less touristic part of town. Not to say we don't encourage park time (:
To be completely fair, we don't actually live in town, so that may be moot. (:
As we live in the campo, we have no qualms about meeting up with families wherever. The issue here is we are having trouble finding families locally with children the same age as our son. Going to parks (whether in the big city, or, other small "Spanish" towns) hasn't given us this opportunity.
