flights to uk early 2021

I will have completed on the sale of my property by end of January 2021.Permanently moving back to Glasgow.Have booked the 1st.available flight via travel agency which is 1st.February by Ryanair as,if I wait longer to book it may not be available.Of course it could also be cancelled due to insufficient numbers.As I shall be looking to buy a new home,I will have to book into a temporary rental once I am there.I know I need to have a PL card which the agency says I can even do that once I have arrived at the Glasgow airport.And,as a UK national a Covid test is not required from Spain into Scotland.I am wondering,though,if that is correct.Anyone know just what is correct procedure?
