Hello everyone,

My name is Miranda and I'm a journalist working for a national title in the UK. I'm writing a series about how British expats keep up their traditions abroad, and the new ones they may have embraced since leaving the UK.

I would love to speak to a British expat who now resides in Benidorm or Costa Blanca about their Christmas traditions now. If you would be interested in sharing your experience, please reply to this thread.

There won't be much to print. We Expats just go about our own business. Eat,  drink, laugh and watch crap on TV.

Where as being immigrants we try to embrace as much of the local culture and customs of our adopted country with our local friends and neighbors,often from all over Europe.
