1.     what is cheapest camp site where i can buy a van and rent it out ( in or near benidorm )  within 30k

2.    ive heard that i cannot rent apartment out in spain , without licence and they are hard to get by non spanish nationals , though today i have just recieved an emai from villamartin  in torreviega that licences are easy to get and i can rent a bunglaow from there all year around ......... who is telling the wrong  ?

3.    if i bought in torrieviega ( villamartin )   for example, could i possibly rent a nice place out there ?  i mean is there anything even to do in torrevieja   unlike benidorm it has everything, but im thinking if friends are over in benedorm i can hop on a bus and travel up to benidorm in an hour half ?

i will surely be advised to go look myself and i will do so when i have time but just want to know from all of you on here who are better in the know than me.

your thoughts please thanks in advance

1) No idea.

2) A Tourist Licence is now required in most areas of Spain and I am not aware that non Spanish nationals are being treated differently than locals. Prior to June 2018 it was a quick and easy process to acquire a licence but large numbers of owners didn't bother hence the log jam when the laws began to be enforced. Now it is much harder to obtain the licence and the process starts with the local Town Hall who first have to decide if the area is considered to be residential or tourist. Some urbanization communities are voting to ban them altogether as they can cause problems for neighbours who are full-time residents. Some town halls are restricting the number of holiday lets in certain areas so although one person may have obtained one, a neighbour with an identical property may be refused and it is currently taking about 8 months to obtain. Some town halls seem to be refusing to issue any licences at all. Seasonal and long term lets are not affected by these rules, only short term holiday lets. This is the best guide available here, Davebev1's guides: Renting out your property as a holiday let in Spain

3) According to Google maps it takes about 90 minutes to drive from Villamartin to Benidorm and Rome2rio say it could take 4 and a half hours by bus/train. Torrevieja and the local areas are mainly family orientated so if you are looking for another Benidorm you will be disappointed.

My sister lives at Villamartin and it is nothing like Benidorm.

You need a car to get about in Villamartin as there are massive housing estates.

The shopping centre is a small area and limited, not a place that I would want to live.

thanks

i wudnt want to rent long term, just to family & friends for 1 months per year at say £200 week for a 2 bed apartment,

if they cleaned up after them then how would any government office know i was even renting.

this is just to cover overheads like electric, community fees,  refuse,  internet / wifi  etc so i dont need the worry.

i may look into altea or denia which may be better option ??????

i really need a caravan park where i can buy a van and let it out to cover ground rents,  i cannot pay 4500 myself per year as it is just too expensive for me,  i have a mate who wants to go 50-50 on a van but still we want to rent 1-2 months maximum per year only to cover overheads.

i have heard that banks have lists of repossessions houses  which they sell on much cheaper than agents ( im cash buyer )  on the outskirts of benidorm, this could be an option.

One day renting without the correct licences and registration would be illegal.

Charging family £200 percent would be considered as running a business. Family and friends using the premises would be expected to pay a minimal contribution towards expenses not a fixed amount as high as £200. Also remember villas/apartments have neighbours the first time they are inconvenienced and you are reported as the owner things could get nasty. Renting and keeping things at is not as easy as it sounds.

People are trying to assist you here. RayD offered you some good advice. It would not be a worthwhile forum if people were blatantly sugggesting you undertook in illegal activity. That said, I think I understand where you are coming from in terms of 'how would they know?' I can appreciate your frustration as the responses you got are straight down the line, but again, no one on here will sponsor illegal activity.

The simple answer, like with a lot of things in Spain, is you just dont know. Perhaps you take the same approach in the local pub, P!$$ someone off and they suggest to the local Ayto or Guardia Civil that you are renting out illegally, then when you get the knock... perhaps then you will think of RayD and the guidance he offered?

Here are some dice, you roll them and see if you get lucky. Aside from that, I think you should accept that you will get good honest advice from the forums.

In simple terms, you will get out of the forum what you put in and you will be treated as you treat others.

I trust that helps

And before you ask, No, I am not Mormon either... not that I would suggest specific traits belong to specific religious beliefs.
