Just remember to go and see a few different solicitors and get quotes, a feeling for them, etc. the same as you would do or should do for an electrician, plumber or builder; just because they are English or come recommended from a faceless profile on a web based forum does not mean that they are the best or have your best interests at heart

If Spanish is your problem, there are many English speaking  Dutch, Belge or German Solicitors who you can also use..

To be honest I was not looking for an English Solicitor, I just wanted someone who speaks English, in many respects I would prefer an honest Spanish lawyer but I have to get things moving.

Regards to everyone who offered advise... that 2 issues I need assistance with and the forum has help tremendously in both cases.
