Hi,
If you mean the outdoor market then no it's not opening until further notice.
The indoor market is open but a lot of the stalls are closed, some sadly have gone bust and have "for rent" on the shutters. Some other stalls only open at curtain times.
Face masks required at all times while inside except when eating.
