Hi I'm just new to this site, decided to join because like a lot of others I was wondering what the rules are regarding COVID as we are coming as a family of 4 to Magic Tropical Splash on August 1st and we are curious if most places are open or what the new way of normal is?

Hi,
Can't guarantee everything and everywhere will be open but more establishments are opening as more visitors arrive. Ive heard that the Terra Mitica park will remain closed until 2021.
You will probably still need to wear face masks as is the rule now so bring some face masks with you. If you use the beach you may be required to reserve your spot by using the app and you may be limited to times. At the moment all supermarkets require you to wear face masks.

Just more wondering about around the pools and throughout the hotel but i suppose that will be down to the hotels

You are required to wear masks anywhere where you cant guarantee social distancing even inside hotels.
