Looking for a job: Clerical duties & Customer Service / Sales / Logistics
Hi there!. I am a 42 year-old Spanish-American applicant who's highly interested in joining a team of clerical professionals through any existing job vacancy related to the position of Administrative and Customer Service agent that may still be available, since I believe I've got vast expertise together with the required qualifications and skills to successfully fulfill the requirements of any of the two aforementioned posts.
I currently reside in Benidorm and in addition to English, I'm also fluent in four other languages in a totally bilingual atmosphere (Spanish, French, Italian, German).
I have also proven expertise as Business Strategy Manager, although I am currently working as Responsible for an International Customer Service Department in Multinational Company in Denia, which has obviously broaden my expertise within the communications field and has also proven myself to be a competent team player with the capacity to manage a number of diverse customer support functions, as my job has always demanded strong planning and organizational skills coupled with an in-depth analytical approach to problem-solving management.
Besides, I have had the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal customer assessment skills which have enabled me to efficiently implement strategies for large scale customer support and service.
