Hi can I ask any property owners who rent out their homes for holiday periods can I expect to rent out modern 2 bed 2 bathroom with sun terrace facing the sea for good part of year in benidorm or can I expect say just 12 weeks of year rental. I don't want long term let just holiday let

HI if you only want to do holiday rentals you will find it will be mostly seasonal about 12 weeks of the year.
There are a number of other things to consider, one is that before you rent out your property you need a holiday rental license for the property. There's further details on here (see link below) if you need them:

Hi we put our 2 bed 2 bath in Benidorm with an agent in March 2018 we are running at 85% booking to date .
