The revamp at the Showboat has just got underway....

Firstly there are several down and outs living under one of the covered areas who will need to move on....

It's going to have a slight name change to Showboat 21. Fresh lick of paint everywhere, brand new jacuzzi on the Top Deck, Totally remodeled toilets and disabled toilets, new cooking facilities, new dining tables and chairs. The evening entertainment will include drag acts twice a week and singers and entertainers the rest of week. The Showboat 21 is going to be promoted as a high class place for dining and entertainment. I wish the new owners the very best of luck.

Last time we were there we tried it once and would not go back.

Looking forward to trying it now that it’s under new management on our winter trip later this year.... 👍

Yes I've been told that Stella will indeed be reappearing. The Showboat should be opening in June.

How can you reccomend an establishment if it is not even open?

I am recommending that holidaymakers or residents might enjoy an evening there when it has been reformed and opened up in June for food and entertainment. A place to enjoy your evening if you can Ray!!!

The Showboat 21 opened last night after a full refurbishment. There is a good quality menu which is 2 or 3 courses or off the special menu. If you book a table in the restaurant then you automatically get a reserved table in the entertainment room. Last night the entertainment was firstly Heidi G singer, then drag act Lexi Legs, finally a duo singing 70/80 music. It ended up being a fun evening.

Highly recommended if you are in Benidorm.
