I'm considering instructing a lawyer to assist me with my application for Residencia. I live in UK but want to reside in Benidorm old town. Has anyone used Costaluz Lawyers for this kind of work and what is the likely fees for such support?

Hi Dave,

I don't think I'd use a general lawyer for this type of work, unless they're specialists in immigration, such as Pellicer & Heredia in Alicante:

Costaluz Lawyers appear to be property and business specialists.

A couple of months ago, another member recommended this company for post-Brexit Spanish residency applications:

Kind regards,

Before you employ costly lawyers, do you know the requirements to gain a visa, work or non lucrative?

If you can't meet the income and healthcare requirements you will have wasted your money on lawyers.

As a visa application has to be done at a Spanish consulate in UK you'd be better off looking for a qualified lawyer in UK not Spain.

It can be argued that you don't need one at all as many have navigated their way through the process without any 3rd party assistance?
