Accessing my Spanish bank account

We have opened a bank account with Sabadell. I have received my debit card and I am trying to activate it through the distance banking service as we’re still in the uk, I’ve downloaded the Sabadell Wallet but when I put my NIE number in it says some of the information is wrong, Ive tried putting it in in different ways ie N.I.E then the number I’ve tried just adding the number on its own with the - and the Letter at the end and I’ve tried with just the number and no letters but still getting the same message, I can’t remember my password. Can anyone help me please 😩😩🥺

Juliette is correct, we had to use our passport number until we were Residents and changed our account accordingly and now use our NIE Number.

I just did mine, I didnt do the wallet, just went to their website, the number was my passport number and the password I found had been sent as a text to my mobile phone.

Contact Sabadell directly by telephone, they will have English speaking staff who will help sort out the issue for you.
