We made our property purchase in Daya Vieja through Casas Manuel. We had viewed quite a number of properties with other estate agents, all the agents were good some better than others. However Casas Manuel were definitely listened to what we had told them and therefore didn't try to show properties that were out of our price limit or in areas that we wouldn't like, they sat and talked and listened and at no point did we feel pressured. I know it's in everyone's interest to help the customer but at every stage they went the extra mile to ensure the process was as stress less as possible. They made appointments for us to get our NIE, even went with us to the bank to make sure we got good advice and open an account that was right for us, kept our solicitors and ourselves up to date at every stage. We constantly were thinking of questions we hadn't asked so e mails and phone calls were a regular occurrence but everyone without fail they sorted things out and replied asap. After completion and even now if I can't sort a problem or need to know someone or something they are more than ready to be of help and support. As I said others were good but Dave,Mike and the rest of the team were brilliant and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thanks I think we will be in touch with them when we can get there.

O would add that if you will need solicitors. We were recommended Fontenells  although Spanish they speak excellent English they also sorted out our Spanish wills which I recommend you do.

We bought a house in Benijofar in 2017 and it’s a lovely place to have a place.  We aren’t permanent residents but try to go over often.  Our neighbours are great and the Restaurants very friendly too.  I would also recommend Fontenells as solicitors.  They made everything very easy for us and kept us on the right track.  You can’t go wrong.

Best of luck

Dawn

I know many local people who have used Casas Manuel and that’s the first time I’ve ever heard any one unhappy!

No there are many. My friend was financially abused by them.

And there are many other stories. Maybe they just know how to se and get it done. Maybe it is something else, who knows. Until we experience things for ourselves it is difficult to pin point.

Benijofar and Benimar are great areas. Very lovely lots of bars cafes restaurants shops Vets etc.

Music does travel so expect to hear some in your gardens and once a year they have around 2 weeks of all night music in the new market area by Hamiltons. A bit like Glastonbury on non stop. Drummers go round at about 6.00am it is only once a year so best to join in or go on holiday ad it is very loud.

Last year we went as they had fireworks but it was when it was light. Traditions are traditions and great to get involved if you don't have work the next day.

I can see a trend here Casas Manuel being defended. We hope to be in Benijofar in September providing we are allowed for a month. We have watched them on tv so we will be contacting them when we are there. Some of their homes are our favourites so we will want to see those up close if they are st...
