Hi was wondering are there any buses to la Siena or villa Martin from benimar or benijofar and are there any buses to any beaches

Also we are driving going on the ferry from Ireland to bilbao as we want to bring over personal items pictures etc if we pack up our car do we need to do anything for customs

Thanks Gerry and mark mcc

Don't know where La Siena is but there are no buses to Villamartin. A couple of buses per day to Torrevieja and maybe another bus to La Zenia and perhaps the beach bus from there to Villamartin. Either way a long journey with 3 buses. Same as going via Guardamar then to Torrevieja then the La Zenia area and the to Villamartin.

Doubt if any buses will match up to come back again, though. We are very poorly served with buses outside the big towns and having a car is really a must in this area.

You only need to declare goods to customs if you are outside the EU which Ireland is not. When UK was in the EU we were never asked for anything coming off the ferry and just a wave of the passport was enough.
