How to register villa with tourist license with the police

Hi we now have our tourist license. We also have the plaque ordered. Last hurdle is registering with the police . Can anyone advise me how to do this. We are in benimar rojales . I know there is a blog on this somewhere but having difficulty finding it. Many thanks
