I think we are going to have buy online without viewing we have friends who live on el raso guardamar which we like but benimar  we are considering

we want a detached 3 bed 2 bathroom property with pool or price reflection put our own pool in 

I do not doubt that we will sell our property in the UK within 4 weeks naturally we are cash buyers 

Any direction on location would be brilliant we want very local amenities not fussed on beach location I irene hubby is trying to get me on an electric bike ( I don't think so) I want bars & restaurants near me on the flat walk&  stagger home perhaps that's a big wish.

Being relastic I want a lovely home with brilliant neighbours & friends 

Any direction you can point me in?

The area we live in is lovely although a few houses are empty, especially with covid our street.. There are 2 bars and a resturant 3 mins from our house flat walk 10 mins into Benijofar, quite a steep hill. Check out Casa Manuel, Benigest and soltura. Quite a lot of properties for sale.
