issues regarding legal ownership in Benimar area.

Hi,I am looking to purchase a property in Benimar and am not yet familiar with the area.Is anyone aware of any issues relating to legal ownership?
None that I know of a great solicitor in the area is Mar at Sol4 Gestion Calle Aneto, 1, 03178 Benijófar, just up from Bar Studs they are on the left, she can tell you anything you need to know and won't miss a thing been dealing with her for years.

Yes Mar at Sol-4 Gestation I use, she is brilliant. English speaking also.
