You won't find anything at that budget. 1 bedroom apt with your legals and stamp duty you will need at least 65000 I am afraid. 2 bedroom around the 80000 mark
We are looking for a 2 bed in La Zenia, Playa Flamenca areas. Budget of €85k plus costs

I think this is a bank repossession so make sure,legally,that there are no debts left to pay.Estate agents do not have to disclose these costs when advertising.
