Any news regarding the reopening of the path that runs across the seafront of the Bella Vista apartments.

The last thing I remember reading last Autumn was the court case had finished and the owners wanted 2 million for access rights. The council were from offering from memory something like 50,000 and it was going to go to arbitration to set a figure.
