Card entry system for my apartment.

Hello !!!
Would anyone be able to advise me , I,m looking for a card entry system for my apartment .
Ive used a card systems when I've stayed in hotels , they also turn off the electric inside the property when you exit / remove the card .
this would be useful to control who is using the property also making sure they turn off the electric once exiting the property .
I would really appreciate any ideas or suggestions.
