Looking for long term propert rental

- My wife and I are looking to retire to the Costa Blanca and are looking for a property to rent long term (years) we will be visiting 3 - 17 Nov, we ideally are looking for a furnished 3 bed 2 bathroom villa/ townhouse with air con, heating, garage, off road parking, pool, close to residential shopping facilities and reasonably close to a good beach. We are interested in moving around January 2019. We will pay up to 700€ pm . We have an old small breed Yorkshire Terrier.(Amber)
