Hi
Before calling a repair man, there are a few simple things to check (if you haven't already)...
Is the power on? If not then maybe the supply circuit has tripped out - switch it back on at the "fuse box".
Try putting new batteries in the remote control (if there is one).
Most Aircon units can heat as well as cool - check that it is in cooling mode.
