We have recently purchased a small three bed holiday home in Cabo Roig, we will not let out, as will be for family only. Anyone know likely tax liability payable next year on this pretext, just rough idea.

They've changed it a bit Kim. It's 1.1% if the catastral value has been updated in the last ten years.
