Hi, can anyone recommend a good translator. A friend of mine is in a terrible situation. They arrived in early May to find their electricity supply had been cut off. They couldn't understand why so went to the Iberdrola desk in La Zenia boulavard, who told them they didn't have a contract with them, it had been cancelled and they were now with Total energie. They said no they hadn't changed and had been with Iberdrola for 18 years every since they bought the property. The Iberdrola person said there was nothing they could do as their contract had been cancelled. They then contacted Total energie, who told them the contract for their property was in someone elses name and as such they could not deal with them.
Their Solicitor hasn't been to sort this out and they are no further forward, they are coming out again in 3 weeks but need a good translator to help them.
