What you intend makes no senswe and also get you in trouble. Instead, apply for a "vado" at your council. The, and only then, you can call the cops for a towaway if needed.

Yeah? It makes perfect ‘senswe’ to me, as I have researched this ‘Vado permanente’ . It requires a yearly fee paid to your town hall with no guarantee that a vehicle blocking your drive will be towed away, or the timescale in which this will happen.

I'd be interested to know how putting a no parking sign on his gate could get him into trouble. Just curious........
