The government doesn't set an official minimum wage in Spain per hour, although Spanish law sets the standard working week at 40 hours; for reference only, this would calculate to a Spanish minimum wage per hour of around 5 € (based on annual minimum wage).
But if you give a quote by hours it depends on the activity and of course what the competition is asking, so it is better if you provide some more information!
