Sky tv box wanted

Wanted.SKY tv box,mine just packed up.
Nr Catral,Albatera area please.

Are you certain it's the box, what exactly is or isn't happening?
Is the box not coming on at all?

No signal on most of our favourites saved.
It is a 1.4 dish.

"No signal on most of our favourites saved." may not mean your box has failed, but can also mean your dish is not aligned correctly, it is too small, your LNB has failed, or your cable and or connections have failed. As you say "on most" sounds like you are getting channels, so the box seems to be working...
Or if this is a basic free to air receiver, and not an actual sky box, then you may find that as channels chop and change frequencies, your box simply needs updating with the new channel frequencies...eg channel 5 changed frequencies late last year, BBCs changed early this year also in preparation for going HD only,
