Hi, can any one tell me if there are any restaurants or bars in Catral where you don't need a Covid pass to have a drink and meal.

I would hope not and they would be breaking the law if they did.

You can always sit outside and have a drink or a meal. No covid certificate required, all you need for that is a warm coat!

Don’t have too much to drink though because you’d need to show a covid certificate to go inside to the loo!

Does that apply to every bar and restaurant or just the ones that have a capacity of over 50? We've been in 4 places over the past 12 days, 2 have asked for covid passports, 2 have not.

Same here we went for a meal last week and were told "we don't need to see your Covid pass as we only have capacity for 25"  The next day we went to a small cafe for breakfast they scanned our passes.

I'm definitely confused.com!

Applies to every single bar and restaurant, no matter how many they’re licensed for.

Then I would say that it is hit and miss whether the rule is being applied. Same with masks outdoors, I see very few people wearing them when out walking, though most everyone is wearing them in supermarkets, going into restaurants and in places like La Zenia boulevard. Given that there is hardly any police presence about I don't think the authorities around here are doing much to enforce the rules.
