Hi,

I'm no expert on this so you should contact your ayuntamiento to find out the rules in your area then you can avoid a fine. Also depends if you're  on land classified as rural or urban as no bonfires allowed on urban land. The ayuntamiento can take urban rubbish away either in the podas provided or if you call them up they can collect.

However on the murciatoday.com website there is an article on bonfire licences if you put it in the search box. Obviously this is a different region but seems bonfires allowed in low risk season from November til March.

As long as you avoid an "open fire" you can burn everything. Buy a cheap https://www.manomano.es/p/estufa-lea-plata-n2-6500002-2569566#/ at any good hardware shop and off you go.
