We used Abbeygate last year, we asked for quote third party fire and theft as we haven't used the Hymer, then they said the insurance wasn't due until June. They sent an email saying it was due in March and wanted full payment for fully comp and was really nasty about it when my husband said he didn't want to pay for fully comp. They then said the Hymer was covered and wouldn't allow another company to insure it. Its been a nightmare. Luckily we haven't been travelling, but still need it insured
