We have used José Rabasco on several ocassion. Nice guy, reliable and excellent plus very accommodating. Good luck.
In certain parts of Spain it is illegal to remove a palm tree without official permission and the fines can be,as I understand, very large.
I do advise legal help, or make enquiries at your local Town Hall, just to be on safe side !
