Hi,

I have a four-bedroom villa in Catral from a new 15 years ago. In 2,300 Sq/M meter of land. Large 12 x 4M meter pool, oversized garage, 7x5M roofed pagoda, outside kitchen and BBQ, also toilet all under roof building. Swiss wooden lodge 4 x 4M in the garden with power and Matures gardens.

Looking to sell and return to the UK as now too large and returning back to the family

Can anyone recommend an estate agent and solicitor who will not take your eyes out?

We bought from Country Life Properties in Catral (Manuel) who we found to be very straight with us. The e-mail address is [email protected]

We used Mati, at TLA in Quesada - [email protected] of [email protected]. Again very on the ball and honest.

Hi,

From what I have read, it is not wise to use an agent from Catarl as they appear to be in bed with builders, advisers, and or agents as to manykick-backs or grey money is involved!
