Any alarm system cannot replace an effcetive surveillance. Once squatters gained access the Law protects them, even the police can't get them out.

If you're looking for monitored house alarm, I think the only game in town is SECURITAS DIRECT who have English-speaking 24/7 staff.

killjoy is not 100% accurate in his post, the law protects the burglars (never ever EVER use the word squatter when talking to the police or really anyone else - they are thieves or burglars and insist they are treated as such) only after 48 hours. So having a screeching alarm and a company that will call the cops for you suddenly sounds like a good deal. Be wary though, they are expensive.

Crac 24 from Crellivente are very efficient as well.

Had securitas direct for years and they got dearer every year and when we left them they continued to take money for another six months even thou we contacted them several times via phone calls/ emails etc etc ….very frustrating to say the least .

Their system was very good thou and never had any problems with it……only the customer relations team😩
