I need to fit a Septic tank

I have a property in Catral and need to install a new Septic tank (to enable me to legalise my property). This is a project that I would undertake myself if it was in England but in Spain I need help on where to buy ect,.
I have been told that I would need to order this tank and pump, can anyone please advise where I could purchase this from with any other information and costs, Spanish procedures of installation and the legal side, all information would be very useful, thank you Steve?
