Independent Solicitor Required

Hi, me and the hubby are looking to purchase a property in Catral. I would like to ensure that it is all legal and above board, does anyone know of or has used a solicitor that will do this for me? I don't want to invest my money only to find it has all sorts of illegal issues associated with it.

Mar at Sol4 will not let anything past her and will make sure all is correct based in Benimar Rojales.

Another point if you decide to pay a deposit make sure it says that if the property is found to be illegal in any way your deposit will be returned outher wise you could catch a cold

I too have used Christina and also her associate Alicia, they are based in the offices of Morales estate agency in almoradi .

We are in the Catral area and used TLA (Tax, Lawyers and Architects) in Quesada. I believe their main office is in Albatera. We too were worried about the legalities and this was all thoroughly checked. Good luck.
