Property wanted to rent: 1 or 2 bed apartment or house

We are currently in Catral in our motor home and will be coming back to this area at the beginning of June for up to 10 weeks to check out properties to buy once we have our NLV. We would rather rent a property than come in our motor home next time as it would be easier to get about if we have our car with us rather than cycling everywhere. Everywhere we’ve enquired wants a 12 month rental agreement which is no good to us. Does anyone have a small apartment or accommodation for rent in or around Catral and surrounding areas?
