Septic Tank Maintenance & Cleaning

For future use I am hoping some readers might have some useful info on maintenance technicians or companies who know how to clean septic tanks properly, not just 'honeysucker' them out but actually reset the balance of air v sludge limits after, and also provide a legit maintenance certificate. (For various tank models).
Our community has used a few 'tech's' to varying degrees of price & success. We will have a few owners who this year would be looking to change details of the licence with the CHS and part of that will be to provide a maintenance certificate and water analysis (we are ok with that part, PROAGUAS and CAASA do this for owners).
There are hundreds of tanks in Catral so there surely is a decent amount of maintenance technicians too?
Another thought, has anyone successfully used the 'honeysucker' type companies (Destatico?) receipt to fulfil the maintenance chit requirement for document renewal at CHS? Will that pass the sniff test...😊
