Hi we are hoping to move to Spain next year are will be applying for the nlv so can anyone recommend a private insurance company and what would be the premiums

ball park, if no co payments, is about 850 eur per person for early to mid 50's so a bit more if you are older.

You can also get a quote from Alfonso - who advertises on here. We have some insurances with his company but not health at this time.

I can’t praise Alfonso Castro highly enough from Gran Alacant insurance, he was recommended to us on this forum for health insurance. Recently we have had to have many visits and tests done at the Quiron hospital & Alfonso has always been on hand to answer questions and to swiftly get the authorisations needed from Salus to go ahead with tests/ consultations/ scans etc
