Did it last year. Assuming you have a car, drive up to Alicante and park car at the train station then get the train straight into Alicante city centre nice views from train and pretty cheap costs.

Try David's coahes, they pick up in Cabo Roig. They get good feedback for those who have been on the arranged trips.

Hi

You can get a bus to Alicante from Cabo Roig - search here for times https://regular.autobusing.com/info?empresa=costa-azul&locale=es

Trains are here https://www.renfe.com/es/es

You could instead fly from UK to Valencia, stay a few days and then move on to CR and fly back from Alicante or Murcia.

Cheers

Steve
