Some cars have a switch which you can click and change the way a headlight dips. Don't know what kind of car you have but look in your manual to see if you can do it or ask the question online for your particular model.
If not then it means changing the headlight completely. Some scrap yards may have them but unlikely if it's a new (ish) car.
Few cars will have genuinely convertible lights, where there is a switch or other mechanism typically all it will do is flatten the beam to avoid dazzling oncoming drivers but that won't pass muster for a pre registration inspection or ITV when they will be looking for a full LHD beam pattern.

Hi,
If you are you are just driving the car on a temporary basis in the EU then you can get headlamp beam adapters that will deflect the beam for driving in the EU. They are just stick-on patches that you cut to suit your car make/model. These are usually bought in the UK before travelling, you may be able to find them in Spain on somewhere like Amazon or ask in a auto spares store.
If you want the headlamps physically changed to left hand units then try contacting Spanish Number plates (https://www.spanish-number-plates.com/). They changed my headlights over when I transferred my UK car onto Spanish plates. Not too expensive but it will vary quite a bit by manufacturer.
I believe that you can only keep a UK plated car in the EU now for 6 months in any 12 months. If you want to keep the car in Spain longer than 6 months then you'll have to put it onto Spanish plates.
