because of health cancer operation pacemaker fitted over 81 Years need to be with my family in Kent.so gave my solicitor power of turnie . told to sale my home which a estate agent has taken over pay my Suma tax which i did Yesturday . Pay up my income tax .got in touch with them they tell me cannot pay my Income Tax til 2019,told them all my Pension have been Stopped coming into Spain going to send my Savings in my Bank back to England .Be No Tax to Pay They said what if the Tax is Changed by the Goverment up or down .We cannot Pay your Tax till 2019 .Do i Pay English Tax when i return Home .Please Help what is the Law can i Pay my Spanish Tax now Before Returning Home.WAITING FOR REPLY WILL YOU EMAIL ME

Can I pay the income tax in Spain and leave it in the bank for them so I can return to the uk knowing everything. Is safe,but they tell me they do not know how much this will be but all my pensions money saved in the bank will be sent home to a english bank so they will have nothing to tax ,must be away ,to give me freedom to leave and return back to england owing them nothing,

When I came to Spain I march of that year bringing my pensions with me had to start paying my suma and income tax,but now because I am leaving must wait til June which the income tax is from January to December ,leaving the end of November taking my pensions with me and my savings in the bank nothing to pay more tax on ,so why wait til June ,

Well Sir, you have tried to pay what you believe you may owe and they will not allow you to do so. I would go ahead and transfer your savings and pension back to the UK and leave Spain. I'm sure when your house is sold, your solicitor will be able to deal with whatever taxes may be due, as he has your 'power of attorney'. Enjoy your life in Kent with your family and forget about taxes. Let your solicitor deal with it, he's being paid well enough for you to not worry about it.
